Refund & Exchange Policy

 For any kind of exchange, kindly mail us at contact@themfis.com with product photos and precise product information mentioned on the bill provided to you.

KINDLY READ THE TERMS MENTIONED BELOW:

  • Exchanges and returns are available within 7 days of receiving your order. After our team approves your request to exchange or return an item, you will receive a notification at your registered email and our logistics partner will pick up your order within 24-48 hours.
  • There will be two attempts to pick up the item. If the delivery partner is unable to collect the package, you will have to return it to our warehouse address. Availability of reverse pick-up service in your area pin code is subject to availability.
  • Kindly be informed that after arrival at the warehouse, your order will undergo a Quality Check. Upon approval, your request for exchange or return will be proceeded with.
  • The estimated arrival time for all exchange inquiries is within 7-10 business days.
  • If we cannot fulfill a size exchange because the item is out of stock, we will provide a different product or offer an online store credit which can be availed on your next purchase.
  • Refunds in the form of a credit note will be provided for ALL return orders after approval of product QC. This will be shared on your registered email address.
  • Kindly send back your product(s) in the original condition it was sent in. If the items are returned in bad shape or show signs of being worn, we won’t proceed with the return request/query.
  • Orders can only be cancelled for cash on delivery orders if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Pre-paid orders are not eligible for cancellation. There are no cancellations or refunds available. All refunds will be provided as a store credit matching the selling/MRP value and must be used within a period of 2 months. Shipping fees(if any) cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS

You may initiate the request of an exchange/return of a product via mailing us at contact@themfis.com if:

  1. The product as well as the shipping package have suffered damage.
  2. The product as well as the shipping package have suffered damage.
  3. Some components of the product are not present.

 

You are able to return or exchange the product(s) you bought from us as long as they meet the required conditions:

  1. You have not worn, cleaned, or tampered with the product.
  2. The branding labels, initial packaging material, and accompanying accessories must remain undamaged and untouched by you.
  3. The product does not have any bad odor, fragrance, stains, scratches, tears, or harm.
  4. We are pleased that the product has not been made faulty or inoperable.
  5. The product remains unchanged unless a defect from the vendor is confirmed.
  6. A return is being started for the purchase order, and the product matches what is in our records.
  7. If the item is purchased together, it must be returned together as a whole set.
  8. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in a condition suitable for resale.

Our logistics partners will make returning purchased products easier. Upon receiving a request for product return on contact@themfis.com and confirming the request, our logistics partners may contact you to collect the products you bought.

We maintain the right to deny the exchange/return request for an item if it fails to meet the above-mentioned criteria.

Kindly be aware that we may periodically revise the terms of the policy that regulate your return, refund, or cancellation of an order for items on themfis.com. Whenever you plan to use the portal, make sure to review the policy to confirm you comprehend the terms and conditions that are in effect at that moment.
